About Me

In November, 2017, I gave birth to my son; which has been one of the most rewarding achievements in my life.

I, like many other new mothers, failed to practice self-care and lost my own self-identity. It wasn't until almost a year after my son's birth that I returned to the gym setting again and began paving the way to the individual I am today.

From this moment in my life, I promised myself that I would prioritize my health; and now it is my mission to teach others to do the same.

My name is Kaylee Jones and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. Although a majority of the individuals I have worked with thus far are young mothers, I enjoy working with both male and female clients of various ages and fitness goals. I have also had the pleasure of working with individuals that have chronic illnesses. Thus, making myself available for almost anyone who's ready to dedicate themselves to a healthier lifestyle.

My primary goal is to help each of my clients find a healthy relationship with physical activity and nutrition.

Even before I became pregnant with my son, physical fitness played a huge role in my life.

During high school, I competed for three years on the girl's weightlifting team. I had the pleasure of qualifying for and competing in the Florida State Girl's Weightlifting meet for two consecutive years.

Competing in weightlifting greatly contributes to my love for fitness to this day.
