Every individual is different, with varying needs and preferences. That is why I offer a workout program that is specific to your preferences, level of activity, and health. After the submission of your trainee application, I design a workout tailored to each and every one of your needs.

Each personalized workout program is 100% online, and is made on a weekly basis - as your progress will be assessed weekly and altered as needed. Throughout your exercise program, I make sure to remain readily available to answer any questions or concerns via email, text, or phone call.
